Monday, August 12 - 6:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Tuesday, August 13 -6:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

Wednesday, August 14 – 6:30 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

 

7^th Grade Daily Practice Schedule

7^th Grade – 7:15 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.

Monday - Wednesday, games on Thursday

8^th Grade Try Outs

Monday, August 12 – 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Tuesday, August 13 - 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.

• Complete Physical and Medical History on 2024-25 Pearland ISD Physical Form
  • Please explain ALL YES answers on Medical History, in the box at the lower right-hand boxes on the physical form.
  • Please make sure BOTH a Parent and the Student have signed bottom of the Medical History page, inside the box, at the bottom of the form.

 

• Complete Pearland ISD / UIL Online Forms  

 

• Turn in Physical and Medical History to Campus Athletic Trainer
